ABOUT
The Art of Human Behavior
Flávia da Matta works with individuals and leaders on personal development, relationships, and communication. At the heart of her work is awareness training: learning to notice thoughts, emotions, and recurring reactions, and understand how they influence everyday choices. She brings more than two decades of experience in television and entertainment to a practice shaped by curiosity about people, the roles they take on, and the choices they make.
Her background includes leading teams, developing projects, and preparing people to communicate with an audience. That experience informs her understanding of the personal questions that can sit behind professional responsibilities, from how we handle pressure to how we respond when something needs to change.
Today, her work offers time to explore those questions more closely. Conversations may begin with a relationship, a difficult decision, a change in direction, or a recurring pattern that someone wants to understand.

Understanding yourself can change how you respond to what happens next.

Flávia’s approach begins with attention to the person and the situation they bring. Together, they explore familiar reactions, question assumptions, and consider how greater awareness might influence a decision, a conversation, or a relationship.
My Approach
Our work begins with what brings you here. Through conversation, reflection, and practical preparation where it is useful, we explore what is happening and how you want to respond.

1
Behavioral Clarity
Recognizing recurring patterns in your choices, reactions, and relationships. We explore the experiences and expectations behind them, and consider what you might want to approach differently.
2
Communication & Expression
Clarifying what you want to say and finding a way to say it that feels natural to you. This can include preparing for difficult conversations, interviews, talks, and executive presentations.
3
Inner Work & Identity
Exploring emotions, personal expectations, and who you are beyond the roles you fill. Mindfulness and spirituality can be part of this work when they reflect your interests and questions.
4
Transitions & Leadership
Thinking through changes in your life or career, including the responsibilities and uncertainty that may come with them. We look at your priorities, the decisions ahead, and how your choices affect the people around you.
