About Me
As a psychotherapist specializing in psychological astrology and mindfulness, I strive to assist individuals in unlocking their full potential and aligning with their true selves. With my certifications in Theta Healing therapy and membership in the Academy of Kabbalistic Astrology, my approach to therapy is unique and compelling.
Originally from Brazil, I have a background in Communications and Human Behavior, as well as an M.B.A. in International Management.
While working in TV production, I gained a deeper understanding of human behavior but eventually suffered from burnout and neglected my health. A health scare at the age of 40 prompted me to commit to self-care and a better life.
During a two-year sabbatical in Miami, I immersed myself in wellness and volunteered at the Kabbalah Centre and Habitat for Humanity. My fascination with astrology led me to study Kabbalistic astrology and pursue it professionally, combining it with holistic psychotherapy, traditional psychology, and self-healing techniques.
This unique approach has empowered over 2,000 clients to gain profound insights about themselves and create meaningful changes in their lives.
